Acceptable Use Policy
AutomateVista supports lawful, permission-aware automation that respects users, platforms and data. This template should be legally reviewed before launch.
Prohibited activity
AutomateVista services and website may not be used for unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, deception, harassment, illegal discrimination, unlawful surveillance, evasion of platform safeguards or violation of intellectual property rights.
Messaging and outreach
Automation must follow applicable consent, sender identification, opt-out, frequency and platform requirements. Unsolicited high-volume messaging, account farming and attempts to bypass provider restrictions are not supported.
Sensitive decisions
AI should not make unreviewed high-impact decisions in healthcare, employment, credit, housing, legal or similar contexts without appropriate expertise, human accountability and legal review.
Customer data
Customers must have authority to provide data and system access used in a project. Access should be limited to the required purpose.
Enforcement
AutomateVista may decline or stop work that creates unacceptable legal, security, platform or human-impact risk.
